Last Updated: August 5, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Stellar Signings website, consultation-booking tools, forms, live chat, content, and services.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or engaging Stellar Signings for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Stellar Signings

Services may include:

  • Mobile Notary Services

  • Remote Online Notarization

  • Loan Signing Services

  • Estate Planning Signings

  • Apostille and international-document support

  • General Notary and legal-document signings

  • Client-directed document preparation assistance

  • Bilingual Russian appointment support

  • Witness, interpreter, courier, printing, shipping, or appointment coordination

  • Professional signing support for title companies, attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, and other organizations

Service availability depends on the document, signer, location, identification, scheduling, legal requirements, technology, and instructions provided by the receiving or hiring organization.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use this website or request services.

By using the website or submitting information, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to submit the information

  • You are requesting services for a lawful purpose

  • You will comply with applicable laws and these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit a service request.

3. Consultations and Booking Requests

The date and time selected through the website reserve an initial consultation only.

Selecting a consultation time does not confirm:

  • The final notarization or signing appointment

  • Service availability

  • Document eligibility

  • Final pricing

  • Travel arrangements

  • Witness availability

  • Apostille submission or completion

  • Government processing

  • Remote Online Notarization eligibility

  • Acceptance by a court, agency, lender, title company, foreign authority, or other receiving party

During the consultation, Stellar Signings may review the general nature of the request, determine which service may apply, explain preparation requirements, provide pricing, and coordinate the final appointment.

A service is not confirmed until Stellar Signings has reviewed and accepted the request.

4. No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Real Estate Advice

Stellar Signings is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

Unless separately performed by a properly licensed professional, Stellar Signings does not:

  • Provide legal advice

  • Interpret the legal effect of a document

  • Select legal documents for clients

  • Recommend how legal forms should be completed

  • Advise whether a transaction is financially beneficial

  • Explain loan terms or negotiate transaction terms

  • Provide tax, financial, lending, title, or real estate advice

  • Determine whether a document protects a client’s legal interests

Florida’s official notary guidance restricts nonlawyer notaries from giving legal advice or selecting legal remedies for clients.

Questions about the meaning, effect, validity, enforceability, or suitability of a document should be directed to an attorney or another qualified professional.

5. Client-Directed Document Preparation Assistance

Document preparation assistance is limited to administrative, clerical, or client-directed support.

Stellar Signings may assist with organizing information, entering information provided by the client, preparing a submission package, or helping the client follow administrative instructions.

Stellar Signings does not independently determine:

  • Which document a client should use

  • Which legal rights should be selected

  • What legal language should be included

  • Whether a document is legally sufficient

  • Whether a document will achieve a desired legal outcome

The client remains responsible for reviewing all information and confirming that the completed document reflects their instructions.

6. Notarial Services

A notarization may proceed only when the applicable legal and professional requirements are satisfied.

Stellar Signings may decline, pause, or reschedule an appointment when:

  • The signer is not personally present as required

  • Acceptable identification is unavailable

  • The document is incomplete

  • Required witnesses are unavailable

  • The signer appears unwilling, pressured, confused, or unable to communicate

  • The requested act is prohibited

  • The notarial certificate or requested act is unclear

  • The signer asks for legal advice

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity is suspected

  • The appointment cannot be completed safely or professionally

Payment or scheduling does not require a notary to complete an improper or unlawful notarial act.

7. Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization is available only for eligible documents and transactions.

A successful online appointment may require:

  • A compatible device

  • Reliable internet access

  • A working camera and microphone

  • An acceptable government-issued photo ID

  • Email access

  • Successful identity proofing or credential analysis

  • A secure audio-video connection

  • Acceptance of electronic signatures by the receiving organization

Florida law permits a registered Florida online notary who is physically located in Florida to perform authorized online notarizations even when the signer or witnesses are located elsewhere, subject to applicable requirements.

Stellar Signings does not guarantee that:

  • Every document qualifies for online notarization

  • A signer will pass the platform’s identity-verification process

  • A receiving organization will accept an electronically signed or remotely notarized document

  • A technology platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Witnessing may be completed remotely in every situation

Clients should confirm acceptance with the organization receiving the document before proceeding.

8. Apostille and International-Document Support

Stellar Signings may assist with preparing, organizing, notarizing, submitting, shipping, or coordinating documents intended for use abroad.

Stellar Signings does not issue apostilles or authentication certificates. The Florida Secretary of State is the competent authority authorized to issue apostilles and notarial certifications for eligible Florida documents.

The client is responsible for confirming:

  • The destination country

  • The receiving organization

  • The required document type

  • Whether an original or certified copy is required

  • Whether translation is required

  • Whether an apostille, authentication, or legalization process applies

  • Any embassy, consulate, court, agency, or institutional requirements

Stellar Signings does not guarantee:

  • Government processing times

  • Acceptance by a foreign authority

  • Acceptance by an embassy, consulate, court, university, employer, or agency

  • The accuracy of instructions provided by a third party

  • That an apostille alone will satisfy the receiving organization

Government, courier, translation, embassy, consular, shipping, and third-party fees are separate from Stellar Signings’ service fees unless otherwise stated.

9. Professional Partner Services

Stellar Signings may provide signing support for title companies, attorneys, lenders, escrow professionals, real estate professionals, signing services, and other organizations.

Professional partners are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Document packages

  • Execution instructions

  • Contact information

  • Deadlines

  • Printing instructions

  • Scanback requirements

  • Shipping labels

  • Return instructions

  • Witness requirements

  • Compensation terms

When a separate written agreement, work order, assignment, or vendor agreement applies, that agreement will control if it conflicts with these website Terms.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients and signers are responsible for:

  • Providing truthful and complete information

  • Reviewing documents before the appointment

  • Confirming that documents are final and ready for signing

  • Bringing acceptable identification

  • Arranging required witnesses unless coordination has been requested

  • Confirming that the receiving party will accept the completed document

  • Following instructions from their attorney, lender, title company, agency, or receiving organization

  • Providing correct names, addresses, destinations, deadlines, and contact details

  • Attending appointments on time

  • Maintaining access to required technology for online appointments

  • Paying agreed fees

  • Protecting appointment links and confidential information

Clients should not sign documents in advance unless specifically instructed to do so.

11. Pricing and Quotes

Prices shown on the website are base prices, starting prices, estimates, or consultation information unless expressly identified as a final fixed price.

Final pricing may depend on:

  • Service type

  • Travel distance

  • Number of signers

  • Number of notarizations

  • Document volume

  • Printing

  • Scanbacks

  • Shipping

  • Courier service

  • Witness coordination

  • Interpreter coordination

  • Urgency

  • Evening or weekend scheduling

  • Government or third-party fees

  • Additional processing requirements

Pricing will be confirmed before the final service is scheduled whenever reasonably possible.

A quote may be revised if the information provided by the client changes or is incomplete.

12. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before or at the time the service is confirmed.

Payment may be required:

  • Before the appointment

  • At the appointment

  • Before documents are submitted

  • Before shipping or courier services are arranged

  • According to a professional partner’s written agreement

Clients are responsible for any approved third-party expenses incurred on their behalf.

Government, platform, courier, shipping, witness, interpreter, translation, processing, and other third-party fees may be nonrefundable once paid or incurred.

13. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service, travel, preparation already completed, third-party arrangements, and appointment timing.

Stellar Signings may charge for:

  • Travel already completed

  • Witnesses or interpreters already arranged

  • Courier or shipping costs

  • Government fees

  • Platform fees

  • Rush preparation

  • Reserved appointment time

  • Work already completed

Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be communicated when the final service is confirmed.

Stellar Signings may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, technology failure, incomplete documents, identity concerns, legal restrictions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

14. No Guarantee of Outcome

Stellar Signings provides professional services but does not guarantee a particular legal, financial, transactional, governmental, or administrative outcome.

Completion of a notarization does not guarantee that a document:

  • Is legally valid

  • Will be accepted

  • Will be recorded

  • Will be approved

  • Will be apostilled

  • Will be authenticated

  • Will be recognized in another jurisdiction

  • Will achieve the client’s intended purpose

The receiving organization or appropriate professional determines whether a document satisfies its requirements.

15. AI-Powered Live Chat

The website may include an AI-powered or automated live-chat feature.

Chat responses are provided for general informational purposes and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Live-chat responses do not:

  • Constitute legal advice

  • Confirm service eligibility

  • Confirm pricing

  • Confirm appointment availability

  • Confirm document acceptance

  • Replace direct review by Stellar Signings

Final service details and requirements must be confirmed directly by Stellar Signings.

Do not submit identification documents, Social Security numbers, passwords, full financial-account information, confidential medical information, or sensitive legal documents through the live chat unless instructed to use an approved secure method.

16. Website Content

Website content, blog posts, FAQs, downloadable information, resource links, and chat responses are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Content may not reflect:

  • Recent legal or procedural changes

  • The requirements of every jurisdiction

  • The policies of a specific receiving organization

  • The facts of an individual transaction

  • Advice from an attorney or other qualified professional

Stellar Signings may update, remove, or revise website content at any time.
